Snickerdoodles

These are a household favorite. They are a very simple cookie to make and the flavor is very simple. A light sugar and cinnamon taste to them. I made them because I knew my brother-in-law liked cinnamon and sugar toast so I felt this would be a good cookie for him. They turned out perfect (I have made them probably over a dozen times) and we made sure there were enough left for my brother-in-law to take some back with him home. All together it was perfect.
